Hummingbird Fraijanes is inspired in the Guatemalan Coffees Region that gathers coffees from Guatemala department, including the small area 
with the same name, Fraijanes coffee region was developed in 1998 alongside four more regions to be promoted in the international market place, 
they are newer regions with great potential, they have produced some excellent coffees over the past decade.
This lot is made up of coffees from a group of small producers in Palencia
Hummingbird project which these producers are part of ensures coffees selected follow the typical profile of citric and bright acidity, thick and 
creamy body with a nice balance of sweetness.
